Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DPMEDIA (Dawid Pera) about the game Icyform for iOS. By downloading or playing the game you accept them.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Icyform on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store Terms of Service allow. Do not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer or modify the game, except where the law expressly permits it, and do not remove proprietary notices.
Apple's terms also apply
The game is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service apply too. This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game, its maintenance and support, and for handling any claim about it. Apple has no warranty obligation; if the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement.
Purchases and virtual items
Icyform is free to play and contains optional purchases: coin packs, boosters and a one-time Remove Ads. All payments are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including its refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue Apple refunds. Coins, boosters and other virtual items are a licence to use a feature inside the game: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Prices and offers may change, but never for a purchase you already made. Where the law gives you a mandatory right of withdrawal or refund, that right is unaffected.
Advertising
The game shows advertising, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit. A reward is granted only when the ad reports completion. Ad availability depends on your region, your connection and the partners' fill, so we cannot promise that an ad is always available.
Acceptable use
Do not use cheats, automation, modified clients or tools that alter how the game runs; do not interfere with ads, ad measurement or purchases; do not try to access our systems or our partners' systems without permission; and do not use the game in a way that breaks the law or the App Store terms. We may suspend access and remove progress or items obtained through cheating if you seriously breach these terms.
Intellectual property
The game, its artwork, ice-pop shapes, moulds, sounds, code, name and logo belong to us or are licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence above.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove levels, mechanics, boosters, prices and features, and we may release updates you need to keep playing. The game works without a connection but needs one for ads and purchases. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Every shipped level is checked by a solver, but we cannot promise that a future update suits every device configuration. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the statutory warranty for digital content in the EU and UK.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the game. Our total liability for all claims about the game is limited to what you paid us for it and its in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount the law requires if you paid nothing. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and Polish courts have jurisdiction, except where consumer law lets you sue in your country of residence. Before starting proceedings, write to us through the support form; most issues are solved there. EU and UK consumers can also use their national consumer-protection body or the European Consumer Centre network.
Changes
We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the game or in the App Store release notes. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new version.
